What you will do
- Develop and deploy lifecycle automations, ad hoc promotions, and engagement campaigns for long-term customer retention.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to define data, segmentation, targeting, and dynamic content requirements.
- Build, test, launch, and score Braze campaigns including nurture programs and smart lists.
- Drive A/B testing to improve email effectiveness in partnership with stakeholders.
- Work with copywriters and designers on compelling email content; write ad copy when needed.
- Build analytics and reporting; derive insights and recommendations from performance data.
Requirements
- 5+ years in email or lifecycle marketing at a B2B brand.
- Expertise in Braze for campaigns, nurture programs, smart lists, testing, and launching.
- Knowledge of B2B CRM practices, email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, Big Query; SQL is a plus.
- Experience using Canva.
- Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Global-first mindset and ability to use AI tools for efficiency.
Nice to have
- SQL experience.
- Knowledge of velocity scripting and custom objects in Braze.
