What you will do
- Optimise business unit performance via financial management, project coordination, and margin monitoring to escalate risks.
- Manage workforce planning data in forecasting tools for accurate resourcing and talent utilisation.
- Drive internal IT systems maturity through automation and AI integration into core processes.
- Collaborate with leadership on operational insights from data summaries and company communications.
- Track project health, ensuring adherence to governance, best practices, and compliance.
- Build expertise in a functional specialism to standardise excellence company-wide and support culture/growth initiatives.
Requirements
