What you will do

• Optimise business unit performance via financial management, project coordination, and margin monitoring to escalate risks.
• Manage workforce planning data in forecasting tools for accurate resourcing and talent utilisation.
• Drive internal IT systems maturity through automation and AI integration into core processes.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational insights from data summaries and company communications.
• Track project health, ensuring adherence to governance, best practices, and compliance.
• Build expertise in a functional specialism to standardise excellence company-wide and support culture/growth initiatives.
