What you will do

• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and weaknesses.
• Develop and implement comprehensive physical security plans and policies for the Data Centre.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the on-site security team and provide briefings to DC staff on security best practices.
• Oversee access control systems, create strict policies, and monitor logs for suspicious activities.
• Manage protocols for visitors, suppliers, and contractors, determining security levels for site entry.
• Lead investigations into security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement and other authorities.

Requirements

• Experience in security operations management, preferably in large corporations or governmental systems.
• Knowledge of security principles, practices, and regulations, including relevant laws and industry standards in France.
• Experience with security technologies like CCTV, access control systems, and security software.
