TL;DR
Lead Treasury Analyst, Capital Markets (Fintech): Assist in evaluation, analysis, and execution of capital markets transactions to provide funding and maintain financial flexibility with an accent on debt issuances, equity offerings, leasing, and hedging. Focus on monitoring debt covenants, recommending investments, analyzing corporate finance topics, and preparing presentations for senior management and Board.
Location: Hybrid model; 3 days per week in Mountain View or San Diego, California office
Bay Area, California: $152,000–206,000 or $162,500–219,500; Southern California: $140,500–190,000 or $149,500–202,500

What you will do
- Evaluate, analyze, and execute capital markets transactions including public/private debt, convertible offerings, equity, leasing, lines of credit, and surety bonds.
- Monitor and report on debt covenants, interest expense, share repurchases, dividends, investment performance, and hedging exposure.
- Recommend investments for excess cash per investment policy.
- Analyze corporate finance topics like capital structure, cost of capital, shareholder distributions, and rating agency frameworks.
- Prepare materials and presentations for senior management and Board audiences.
- Support risk management including corporate insurance programs and FX/interest rate hedging transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years in corporate finance, capital markets, or treasury.
- Knowledge of financial statements and GAAP.
- Strong technical skills for financial models, forecasts, and analyses.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
- Project management, detail-oriented, strong communication, strategic thinking, and partnership skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team; hybrid model requires 3 office days in Mountain View or San Diego.
