What you will do

• Act as the primary site contact for complaint management and adverse event reporting for compounded products.
• Investigate product quality complaints and determine reporting requirements for the BOP and FDA.
• Perform patient outreach, provide counseling, and answer drug, clinical, and stability questions.
• Integrate complaint data into CQI reports to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Medical Affairs, and Quality Operations to prevent quality issues.
• Develop and review SOPs and relevant training documentation.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D).
• Active pharmacist license in Arizona.
• 2+ years of professional pharmacist experience.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and USP 795, 797, and 800 standards.
• Business proficiency in English for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Analytical skills for root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of pharmacy experience, with 2+ years specifically in quality assurance roles.
• Experience working in a compounding pharmacy (503A or 503B).
• Proficiency with Google Suite, EMR, Zendesk, and pharmacy management systems.
