What you will do

• Lead the cross-functional Growth Enablement Squad (PMs, engineers, data analysts, UX) to build AI-native workflows and infrastructure.
• Architect custom agent architectures, complex data pipelines, attribution modeling, and experimentation platform governance.
• Drive 100x experimentation velocity by implementing systems where AI detects anomalies and deploys signal-triggered experiments autonomously.
• Package successful experiments into "AI Enablement in a Box" toolkits for replication across the company.
• Collaborate with Engineering to integrate growth experiments directly into the evolving agentic product model.
• Evaluate and consolidate the AI and MarTech stack to minimize coordination tax and maximize operational speed.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience across Growth, MarTech, or Product within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Must have shipped an AI agent, automation, or AI-native workflow that is currently in production.
• Expertise in running rigorous A/B testing programs, including statistical significance and ICE prioritization.
• Fluency in APIs, Architecture, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks (e.g., n8n, Zapier AI, MCP).
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, HubSpot Analytics, Omni, or Tableau.
• Location: Must be based in Europe.
