What you will do

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections based on specifications.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD to create and modify project drawings.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical components into architectural plans.
• Maintain comprehensive drawing sets, ensuring adherence to industry standards and building codes.
• Manage revisions throughout the design and construction process, incorporating feedback.
• Perform quality control reviews to identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies before submission.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an architectural CAD drafter within the AEC industry.

• Must be based in Tampa, FL for on-site work.
