What you will do

• Lead landscape architecture projects from initial concept through final construction.
• Prepare site plans, grading concepts, planting plans, and detailed construction documents.
• Analyze site conditions including topography, drainage, utilities, and zoning constraints.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and planners to develop integrated design solutions.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control across multiple concurrent projects.
• Support the permitting and bidding processes for public and private developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Four or more years of progressive experience in landscape architecture or land development.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and SketchUp.
• Solid understanding of site design, grading, and construction documentation.
• Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary design teams.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
