What you will do

• Develop clear, concise, and persuasive product-driven proposals that address client needs and follow RFP requirements.
• Collaborate with SMEs across Sales, Legal, Product, IT, DevOps, R&D, Data, and Cybersecurity to tailor proposals.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure proposals are compliant, technically accurate, and error-free.
• Maintain and continuously improve proposal templates and libraries for efficiency and quality.
• Manage competing deadlines and multitask across various business lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Proposal, Marketing, or Technical Writing.
• Experience in B2B/B2G hardware or software companies writing for a technical audience.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in the lottery or a related B2B technology/software industry.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration across time zones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be authorized to work in Poland on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
