What you will do

• Write clear, effective product copy for web and mobile flows, onboarding, Help Center, and user-facing materials.
• Shape content for AI-powered features and user-generated outputs to influence content creation and campaign launches.
• Create lifecycle and CRM communications, including emails for retention.
• Contribute to marketing and promotional copy supporting conversion, engagement, and growth.
• Improve existing content based on product updates, user behavior, and performance insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, CRM, and Frontend teams for content consistency and impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product writing, UX writing, copywriting, or content design for digital products.
• Proven experience with clear interface copy for web/mobile, focusing on product experience.
• Strong product thinking to adapt tone across product flows, lifecycle touchpoints, Help Center, and CRM.
• Experience in both product and marketing copy supporting UX, conversion, and retention.
• Comfort in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple formats.
• Familiarity with SaaS, AI, MarTech; practical use of AI tools like prompt writing.
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) with portfolio of interface copy, onboarding, lifecycle content.
