What you will do

• Audit existing customer case studies for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current solutions
• Refresh and optimize case studies by improving messaging, structure, readability, and results emphasis
• Identify candidates for new stories and collaborate with sales/customer success teams on interviews
• Capture, summarize insights from customer interviews, and organize new content opportunities
• Deliver measurable project outcomes in a hands-on summer program from 1 July to 11 September 2026

Requirements

• Hybrid role with required visits to Kraków office, Poland
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable interviewing stakeholders and summarizing insights
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-focused
• Interest in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS preferred
