What you will do

• Research and document product lifecycle (PLC) workflows and support PLC management solutions aligned to strategic goals.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements to design and implement scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to the conceptual design of systems and components, focusing on usability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Support design and development workflows for processor platforms across all lifecycle stages.
• Perform risk analysis and implement change management plans to eliminate inefficiencies and gaps in execution.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure high design quality and project alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar STEM field.
• 3+ years of experience with validation processes.
• 3+ years of experience with SDLC and PLC process definition, milestones, and workflow management.
• 3+ years of experience with requirements, test content, or bug management (e.g., Jira).
• 2+ years of experience in formal test management and validation for hardware, firmware, or software.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Hillsboro, Oregon, US.

Nice to have

• Experience with requirements engineering databases and the technical development of tool-based solutions.
• Proficiency in Excel macros and business hirify.globalligence/reporting methods.
• Experience leading workgroups in project architecture, integration, validation, or debug.
