What you will do
- Contact Swedish and English-speaking customers worldwide via welcome calls for website and digital marketing products.
- Discuss clients’ requirements, consult on website structure, and define expectations clearly.
- Coordinate final revision requests after website creation and ensure successful publication.
- Handle domain and email account transfers on behalf of clients.
- Deliver outstanding client experience with a positive, service-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Professional experience in client service and enjoyment of daily client interaction.
- Affinity for digital products and processes to quickly learn new systems.
- Basic understanding of website structure and design principles.
- Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English language skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Danish language skills in written and spoken form.
