What you will do

• Contact Swedish and English-speaking customers worldwide via welcome calls for website and digital marketing products.
• Discuss clients’ requirements, consult on website structure, and define expectations clearly.
• Coordinate final revision requests after website creation and ensure successful publication.
• Handle domain and email account transfers on behalf of clients.
• Deliver outstanding client experience with a positive, service-oriented approach.

Requirements

• Professional experience in client service and enjoyment of daily client interaction.
• Affinity for digital products and processes to quickly learn new systems.
• Basic understanding of website structure and design principles.
• Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English language skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Danish language skills in written and spoken form.
