TL;DR
Customer Experience Coordinator (MedTech): Serving as a primary point of contact for international customers in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics while ensuring operational excellence through professional support and system documentation. Focus on collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Logistics to optimize the customer journey and streamline service delivery processes.
Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Östermalm, Stockholm (4–5 days per week).

What you will do
- Provide professional support to customers and partners via phone, live chat, and email.
- Manage and document customer cases accurately using Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Repairs, and Logistics to resolve issues.
- Maintain instructions, templates, and documentation in partnership with Quality Assurance teams.
- Manage quotes, pre-sales communication, and renewals according to company guidelines.
- Support customer enrollment for digital platforms and coordinate clinic sessions and training.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in customer-facing roles managing complex inquiries
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to make confident decisions
- Digital proficiency with ability to adapt quickly to new systems
- Ability to work onsite in Stockholm, Sweden
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) products
- Background in speech and language therapy
