TL;DR

Customer Experience Coordinator (MedTech): Serving as a primary point of contact for international customers in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics while ensuring operational excellence through professional support and system documentation. Focus on collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Logistics to optimize the customer journey and streamline service delivery processes.

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Östermalm, Stockholm (4–5 days per week).

What you will do

  • Provide professional support to customers and partners via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Manage and document customer cases accurately using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Repairs, and Logistics to resolve issues.
  • Maintain instructions, templates, and documentation in partnership with Quality Assurance teams.
  • Manage quotes, pre-sales communication, and renewals according to company guidelines.
  • Support customer enrollment for digital platforms and coordinate clinic sessions and training.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in customer-facing roles managing complex inquiries
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability and capacity to make confident decisions
  • Digital proficiency with ability to adapt quickly to new systems
  • Ability to work onsite in Stockholm, Sweden

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) products
  • Background in speech and language therapy
