What you will do
- Respond to incoming donor inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage and moderate interactions on social media channels.
- Perform administrative tasks and support the team with ad hoc operations.
- Ensure donor data is handled accurately and in strict compliance with GDPR.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
- Strong administrative skills, detail-oriented, and service-minded approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is considered a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or similar roles.
- Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden for the hybrid work arrangement.
