What you will do

  • Respond to customer requests clearly and comprehensively as a front-line supporter.
  • Deliver on KPIs regarding response time, backlog minimization, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate customer feedback and issues within the support team using proper escalation channels.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for optimizing existing support processes.
  • Provide efficient resolutions to customers via phone and email.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is a requirement.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with technical or product support.
  • Proficiency in phone and email-based support.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and a structured approach to work.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Copenhagen.
