Mobile Manual QA Engineer

Location: Minsk, Belarus; onsite, remote, or hybrid work formats available

What you will do

• Develop and execute manual test cases and scenarios for the BOSS Revolution Calling App and related services.
• Evaluate functionality against specifications and identify bottlenecks through troubleshooting and analysis.
• Perform integration, end-to-end, mobile, backend, API, and post-release testing.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams within an Agile Scrum environment.
• Create test strategies and plans for new features and support production releases.
• Execute test cases, analyze results, and report defects and findings.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in manual testing of mobile or backend applications.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, mobile testing, and iOS and Android guidelines.
• Experience with API testing using Postman, Swagger, Charles Proxy, and REST or SOAP APIs.
• Experience writing and executing SQL queries for backend testing.
• Experience with application logs, monitoring tools, ADB, Android Studio, and Xcode.
• English at B2 level or higher; comfortable working in an Agile development environment.

Nice to have

• Automation experience with Java, Selenium, Appium, or RestAssured.
• Experience in the telecom domain.
• Performance testing experience with k6 or JMeter.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
