What you will do

• Act as first point of contact for Level 1 & Level 2 incident and problem management for MUFG business applications, collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor internal processes daily for proactive issue resolution.
• Document processes, procedures, policies, and user training materials.
• Coordinate and implement new platform releases with business users.
• Participate in quarterly audits, GDPR/SOC1 activities, and business continuity initiatives.
• Support project managers in public markets and core operations solutions, ensuring coordination across IT functions.

Requirements

• 4+ years providing analytical support and administration of business applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of applications, systems, or application architecture/platforms.
• Experience managing and supporting business applications and IT Change Management processes.
• Understanding of application/database infrastructure, desktop environments, servers, and SaaS.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, SSRS, and AWS.
• Experience with Appian, Mantra, MDM, and in-house applications.
• Knowledge of System Development Lifecycle, ITIL standards (certification a plus), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, SQL, scripting.
• Technical writing and documentation skills.
