What you will do

• Service AV systems including displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, control systems, and video conferencing equipment
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics of hardware, software, and network-related AV issues
• Maintain and repair AV cabling infrastructure (HDMI, CAT6, fiber, control wiring)
• Commission and test systems to ensure proper operation and client satisfaction
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks
• Respond to service calls and emergency support requests

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AV systems installation, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledge of AV hardware, software, networking, and cabling (HDMI, CAT6, fiber)
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues on-site
• Must be able to work on-site in Camp Hill, PA
