What you will do

• Spearhead QA strategy development, including test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests integrated with CI/CD systems.
• Build test infrastructure for functional, integration, and scale tests.
• Conduct manual testing where needed and collaborate with development teams on test coverage.
• Manage defects, perform performance/scalability testing, and assess release risks.
• Implement AI-assisted testing and drive continuous QA process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent; 10+ years in automated testing for large-scale systems in CI environments
• Proficiency in Python or Go for reliable, maintainable test code
• Experience with CI systems like Jenkins or TeamCity
• Experience with Linux-based systems and cloud/container technologies, preferably Kubernetes and OpenStack
