What you will do

• Produce detailed residential architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to develop comprehensive plans.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate and comply with residential building codes and standards.
• Perform revisions and updates to drawings based on project feedback.
• Participate in project meetings to review and refine architectural designs.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of professional drafting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in residential architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building codes.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Longwood, FL.

Hiring process
