What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as main point of contact for customers, managing expectations, timelines, and scope.
• Translate requirements into clear plans, configurations, and milestones.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical validations, and proofs of concept during sales.
• Collaborate with Sales on RFIs, RFPs, and solution validation.
• Coordinate with Product, R&D, and Customer teams to resolve implementation challenges.
• Produce documentation and guidelines for effective platform configuration and adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced level of English.
• Experience managing software implementation projects, ideally in SaaS environments.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong project management, planning, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset for translating business needs into solutions.
• Experience with ITSM, ITIL, or IT operations processes.
• Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
