What you will do

• Identify where AI can create real value in products and engineering practices
• Shape patterns, architectures, and best practices for AI-enabled solutions
• Use AI-assisted workflows to understand, analyze, and modernize legacy technology
• Help teams evaluate new tools and adopt AI-supported workflows across development, testing, and operations

Requirements

• Strong background in software development and complex systems architecture
• Practical experience with AI from professional work or serious hands-on projects
• Strong interest in GenAI, LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and local models
• Understand technical trade-offs and algorithmic complexity
• Care about security, testing, and operational stability in a banking environment
• Communicate clearly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
