Senior AI Tech Consultant, Enterprise Solutions (AI)

What you will do

• Develop ERP and application architecture strategies, concepts, and roadmaps with clients and consulting colleagues.
• Support ERP, CRM, and SCM projects across requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, training, and rollout.
• Design enterprise solutions across value-chain processes and introduce best practices to reduce one-off and maintenance costs.
• Manage technical implementation and migration projects, requirements, and specialist workshops with business process managers.
• Control and prototype ERP, CRM, and SCM solution customizing and provide technical expertise for large project sales.
• Contribute to the development of enterprise solutions content through conferences, training materials, and technical articles.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP, CRM, or SCM projects.
• Technical knowledge of end-to-end enterprise processes such as Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Quote, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire.
• Knowledge of industry-specific solutions, solution add-ons, and analytical tools.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI tools, with the ability to apply them across work tasks.
• Fluency in one Nordic language and English, both written and spoken, plus strong analytical, communication, presentation, client-orientation, and teamwork skills.
