What you will do
- Provide administrative assistance to Brokers and Admins via phone and email.
- Manage the onboarding and system needs for new and renewing plans.
- Resolve complex issues, including billing discrepancies and coverage denials.
- Educate partners on compliance requirements and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with Claims, Care Teams, and Network Operations to resolve customer tickets.
- Provide internal product feedback to safeguard and improve the user experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in support-adjacent roles.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and unparalleled attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and resilience.
- Comfortable working with modern web applications in a remote environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in health insurance or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
