Location: Fully onsite in Longwood, FL (greater Orlando area)

$24 - $30 an hour

A well-established architectural design firm specializing in builder-series residential projects and select light commercial work, partnering with leading regional home builders.

What you will do

• Produce high-quality, permit-ready construction documents for residential projects
• Interpret and implement redlines from architects, project managers, engineers, and builder clients
• Coordinate with structural engineers, truss manufacturers, and MEP consultants to integrate drawings
• Review drawings for quality control, constructability, and consistency
• Prepare and update permit-ready plan sets and respond to building department comments
• Provide drafting support during construction for field revisions and builder-requested changes

Requirements

• 5–8 years of architectural drafting experience, ideally in residential production-home environment
• Strong experience preparing construction documents from concept through permit-ready sets
• Familiarity with residential building codes and construction documentation standards
• Proficiency with CAD/BIM software and Microsoft Office
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, Construction, or related field (preferred)
