What you will do

• Own strategic finance rhythm including annual planning, forecasting, monthly reviews, and long-range models.
• Partner with business leaders to develop budgets and track performance across revenue and operating costs.
• Lead forecasting accuracy and transparency through strong models and processes.
• Drive financial frameworks aligning investment decisions with strategic priorities.
• Create executive-ready reports and insights for board and investor materials.
• Build dashboards, planning tools, and systems for real-time decision making.
• Support ad hoc analysis for new initiatives and operating strategy shifts.

Requirements

• 4+ years in strategic planning roles, ideally in high-growth or consumer-facing industries; early experience in investment banking/consulting highly desirable
• Experience building and managing financial planning processes in dynamic environments.
• Strong modeling and analytical skills to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Track record of cross-functional collaboration and influencing executives.
• Skilled communicator simplifying financial concepts for non-finance audiences.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and structuring evolving processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
