What you will do

• Own core accounting operations including billing, AR/AP, GL, cost/inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Design and implement scalable financial systems, controls, and processes for forecasting and budgeting.
• Manage monthly close, compliance reporting, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations in NetSuite.
• Ensure GAAP, tax, and industry compliance with accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Partner with supply chain and cross-functional leaders on financial risks, opportunities, and actionable reporting.
• Oversee controllership, internal controls, and audit support.

Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on accounting experience in Food & Beverage CPG industry
• CPA required
• Deep knowledge of accounting operations, financial controls, and systems in CPG.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar; entrepreneurial mindset for fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• SOX experience.
• Prior Big 4 accounting firm experience.
