What you will do

• Architect and build core infrastructure for mobile and web apps and messaging system
• Build out backend services and persistence solutions
• Explore technical feasibility of features
• Deliver clean, well-documented code reliable for users

Requirements

• 5+ years demonstrated experience in Node.js and JavaScript; Redux know-how is a bonus
• Demonstrated experience in cloud environments (AWS is a plus)
• Experience with databases (Postgres, Redis)
• Excellent troubleshooter and problem solver
• Ability to size projects, provide status updates, and follow code documentation best practices
• Strong communication skills; work independently and collaboratively
• Generalist engineering experience; must be US based
