What you will do

• Develop and share sales analytics to accelerate revenue recognition in support of corporate goals.
• Ensure data accuracy in sales reporting systems and manage sales dashboards.
• Deliver training to increase sales report adoption among field sales, managers, and senior executives.
• Support the development of annual compensation, quota, and commissions plans.
• Analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities and provide strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Legal, and IT to minimize administrative burdens for the field sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, business planning, or analytics.
• Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to provide relevant recommendations.
• Advanced modeling skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness and ability to work on site in Alameda, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech regulated industries.
• Proficiency with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
