What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications for web and mobile channels
• Build responsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces using Flutter and/or React
• Collaborate with cross-functional squad including Tech Lead, Senior Developer, BA, QA, and Backend Developers
• Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and services
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, architectural decisions, and establishing frontend standards

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Availability to work from the office 3 days per week (Warsaw, Kraków, Tricity, or Rzeszów)
• Solid commercial mid-level experience in frontend development
• Hands-on experience with Flutter (mobile and/or web)
• Hands-on experience with React (web applications)
• Understanding of modern frontend architecture and best practices

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience in financial services or banking domain
• Experience in greenfield projects
• Knowledge of state management patterns, design systems, and component-driven architecture
