TL;DR
Frontend Tech Lead (React): Design and deliver scalable interfaces for ’s AI-powered Workforce Management product with an accent on frontend architecture, performance, and accessibility. Focus on leading complex feature development, evolving component libraries, and mentoring engineers across teams.
Location: Hybrid in Kraków, Poland (must attend office 2 days per week)
Salary: 304,000–456,000 PLN (annualized base, Poland)

What you will do
- Lead design and delivery of scalable frontend systems using React, Redux, and TypeScript.
- Define frontend architecture, best practices, and component libraries for multiple teams.
- Drive performance, accessibility, and quality improvements with testing and optimization.
- Own end-to-end complex features from requirements to production validation.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and lead cross-team initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Data Science, and Backend teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years software engineering, 5+ years frontend with React and TypeScript
- Deep experience with JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, and TypeScript in modern web apps.
- Track record delivering large features and influencing architecture in high-scale products.
- Experience with testing (Jest, RTL), performance tooling, and observability.
- Mentoring, technical leadership, and communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset focused on UX, accessibility, and reliability.
Nice to have
- Styled Components, Ant Design, or design systems.
- Monorepo experience (Yarn workspaces, Lerna, Nx).
- GraphQL, observability, performance budgeting.
- AI/ML products or workforce management domains.
- Managing design systems at scale.
