What you will do

• Define and evolve frontend architecture for the AI-driven product on modern React stack.
• Lead and mentor a frontend team of 10+ engineers, set standards, and drive technical decisions.
• Optimize server state management, performance, and UX for high-load B2C environments.
• Oversee full SDLC from design alignment to release and product impact measurement.
• Structure code reviews, maintain high code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product and Design for business impact and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• English at Intermediate+ level and fluent Ukrainian for day-to-day team collaboration
• 3+ years as Lead/Team Lead managing 10+ engineers in fast-paced product environment
• 8+ years hands-on frontend experience with deep React production expertise
• Strong TypeScript for scalable architecture and maintainable codebases
• Experience with high-load B2C products (100k+ users), Redux Toolkit/RTK Query, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, React Hook Form
• Performance optimization, continuous delivery, ownership mindset, leadership skills

Nice to have

• Experience with payments/subscriptions (Stripe), product analytics (Mixpanel, Sentry)
• Building data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, charts, tables, virtualization)
• Real-time updates (SSE, WebSockets), design systems, Next.js/SSR frameworks
