What you will do

• Translate user research and business requirements into UX designs, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for portals and workspaces.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS (Sass/Less), JavaScript (AngularJS, React), and Bootstrap.
• Create custom widgets, pages, and themes for the Service Portal and Employee Center.
• Align all designs with ServiceNow's platform design system and the Next Experience UI principles.
• Configure and extend modules such as HRSD, ITSM, CSM, and GRC to optimize user experience.
• Define requirements and design workflows, overseeing the full lifecycle of build, testing, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 2-3 years of dedicated experience in custom Service Portal or Next Experience UI development.
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks: AngularJS, React, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of UI design principles and responsive design.
• Must be based in Poland.
