Senior Site Reliability Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support technical infrastructure solutions across full-stack tools and technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs optimizing for automation, availability, performance, scale, and cost.
• Automate infrastructure implementation and operational support while ensuring adherence to security best practices and company standards.
• Monitor SLIs, define SLOs, troubleshoot production issues, and conduct preventative maintenance for capacity and availability.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, architecture, and security teams to prevent incidents and improve reliability.
• Guide junior associates and participate in technical design and implementation sessions.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience with commercial service infrastructure at software and infrastructure levels.
• Strong skills in system design, architecture, DevOps/deployment automation, troubleshooting, and service monitoring.
• Knowledge of microservices, layered patterns, and cloud architectures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills for working under pressure with diverse teams.
• Ability to adapt to change and align technical roadmap with business strategy.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with OS: Linux, Windows; Automation: Terraform, Bladelogic, Chef, Jenkins, Ansible; Cloud: AWS, Azure; Scripting: Python, Groovy, PowerShell, Perl, Shell; Tools: CI/CD, Jfrog, Git, Datadog, Splunk.
