What you will do

• Build and maintain cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop data and messaging services, integrations with external systems, queues, topics, and streams.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, deployment strategies, automated testing, and environment promotions.
• Apply security-by-design including IAM/RBAC, secrets management, encryption, network controls, and policy-as-code.
• Drive observability with logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, incident response, and post-incident reviews.
• Provide technical leadership via design reviews, mentoring, solution designs, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• 7+ years in cloud/software engineering delivering production workloads on AWS and/or Azure
• Strong programming in C#/.NET, Python, Java, or TypeScript/Node.js with clean code, testing, and reviews.
• Hands-on with serverless/containers (AWS Lambda/ECS/EKS, Azure Functions/AKS), APIs, integrations, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
• Cloud security fundamentals: IAM/RBAC, secrets, encryption; observability and operations experience.
• Core services: S3/Blob, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB/CosmosDB, SQS/SNS, API Gateway/APIM.
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent; preferred AWS/Azure certifications.
