What you will do

  • Define and own the end-to-end strategy and multi-year roadmap for Workday, Salesforce, and marketing technologies.
  • Act as the primary technology business partner for HR and Finance to deliver measurable ROI and productivity.
  • Lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams across platform delivery and application support.
  • Own the integration strategy to reduce fragmentation and improve end-to-end workflows.
  • Manage senior vendor relationships and commercial licensing strategies.
  • Establish governance models for fast, safe decision-making and reporting on platform health.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading enterprise SaaS platforms at scale, specifically Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of owning application strategy and delivery in complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in people, finance, and commercial functions.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholder influence at the executive level.
  • Experience in vendor and partner relationship management, including contracts and renewals.

Nice to have

  • Experience preparing platforms for AI-enabled capabilities and automation.
  • Background in systems integration and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience in matrixed or federated technology environments.
  • Ability to design effective application support workflows and tier hand-offs.
