What you will do

• Lead the development and evolution of a large-scale case management platform.
• Collaborate with Product and Design leaders to identify impactful opportunities and craft the team roadmap.
• Design technical solutions and provide high-quality feedback through code reviews and architecture documents.
• Mentor direct reports through 1:1s to support their career growth and development goals.
• Drive the hiring process to attract and retain top engineering talent.
• Actively contribute to the codebase and technical patterns as a hands-on leader.

• Proven success in people leadership within software development, specifically for large-scale SaaS products.
• Strong background in hands-on software development.
• Ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing engineers in a fast-paced market.
• Growth mindset regarding process improvement and the integration of AI technologies.
• Ability to adapt roadmaps quickly to a constantly changing business environment.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in .NET CLR internals.
• Advanced SQL Server performance tuning experience.
• Experience with various architectures including monoliths, distributed systems, and microservices.
