Location: Hybrid in Bay Area (San Francisco/Peninsula, preferred) or NYC (secondary), ~2 days per week in-office

• Serve as key engineering leader, establishing technical culture, hiring bar, and organizational structure from the ground up.
• Partner with design and cross-functional leadership to drive rapid, AI-first product development.
• Own technical roadmap for products used by millions, from concept to launch with urgency.
• Build and scale world-class engineering organization, starting small and growing into multi-team structure.
• Set standards for AI tooling, coding agents, and modern development practices.
• Attract, develop, and retain top-tier engineering talent.

• AI-Native: Burning through tokens and using AI coding agents daily
• Battle-Tested: Experience with FAANG-level scale and hands-on startup approach
• Product Owner: Track record shipping consumer-facing products at 1M+ users scale
