Revenue Account Executive (Donor Fundraising): Identify, cultivate, and close new funding partnerships with individuals, foundations, and corporations in support of expanding access to AI+CS education. Location: Remote or Seattle, WA. Must work within the United States; U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required; willing to travel 10-20%.

What you will do
- Proactively identify and research new donor and partner prospects aligned with mission priorities
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through outreach, referrals, and prospecting
- Conduct discovery meetings, pitch conversations, and develop compelling proposals
- Drive the full sales cycle from first touch through close, focusing on multi-year commitments
- Maintain records in Salesforce and coordinate gift processing and stewardship
- Collaborate with Marketing, Programs, and Product teams to tailor donor messaging
- Represent at conferences and events; meet fundraising goals and contribute to team initiatives
Requirements
- 2–3 years of frontline nonprofit fundraising experience with net-new donor relationships
- Demonstrated success managing donor portfolio with gifts $25K–$100K and annual goals $1M+
- Proven full fundraising cycle management from prospecting to close
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Passion for education, equity, technology; familiarity with philanthropic landscapes
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident; work within U.S.; pass background check

Hiring process
