What you will do

• Provide exceptional client service to institutional clients, including preparing and presenting to boards and decision makers
• Maintain consistent communication on market conditions, portfolio strategies, performance, and enhancements
• Collaborate with investment, operations, and financial advisor teams to align strategies and deliverables
• Monitor portfolios for compliance with investment policies
• Implement investment strategies aligned with client objectives and risk tolerances
• Prospect, pitch, and convert new institutional clients
• Drive process improvements and workflow optimizations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or nonprofit leadership
• Strong understanding of investment strategies for institutional and nonprofit clients
• Proficiency with Client Relationship Management systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented self-starter with collaborative mindset
