What you will do

• Support Regional Directors and Senior Associates with daily institutional client management activities.
• Prepare and refine presentation materials, portfolio reviews, and follow-up documentation for client meetings.
• Compile and verify performance data, portfolio commentary, and analytical materials for client inquiries.
• Facilitate the completion of due diligence requests and client questionnaires.
• Review and edit RFPs while maintaining the CRM database.
• Coordinate with internal operations, legal, compliance, and research teams to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
• 2+ years of work experience in Financial Services or a similar field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Must obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses within the first 8 weeks of hire.
• Role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
