Associate Portfolio Manager (Equity)

What you will do

• Manage ETFs and other portfolios, including issuing global-market trade instructions, creating and redeeming ETF baskets, trading foreign currency, handling corporate actions, and evaluating security eligibility.
• Monitor ETF characteristics and maintain portfolio structures through a systematic, process-driven approach.
• Identify buy and sell candidates and coordinate implementation with trading teams globally.
• Partner with Capital Markets to improve ETF market quality and manage fund flows.
• Explain fund performance, investment processes, and investment theses to internal stakeholders and current or prospective clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Consultant, and Client Services teams and contribute to projects that improve investment-process efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong alignment with the firm’s investment strategy and a background in finance and financial theory.
• Experience in financial markets through asset management, broker-dealers, or financial institutions.
• Understanding of the competitive landscape in equity ETFs and mutual funds.
• Excellent quantitative problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail; project management experience is beneficial.
• This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
