Senior Product Manager (ADAS)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (ADAS): Leading the strategy, definition, and development of Automated Driving and Active Safety products with an accent on market opportunities and product roadmaps. Focus on driving software development to achieve Zero Crashes and transforming automotive safety leadership.

Location: Hybrid: Must report to the Warren Technical Center (MI) or Mountain View (CA) office at least three times per week

Salary: $106,600 – $192,700

What you will do

• Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
• Establish and prioritize product requirements to solve critical business and customer problems.
• Drive product development in collaboration with software, design, and program management teams.
• Define and analyze key product metrics and user feedback to measure success and identify improvements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the product portfolio, providing guidance to internal and external partners.
• Stay updated on new technology and competitive products to anticipate threats and risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or related industry experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
• Familiarity with complex software solutions and the ability to define vision and strategy.
• Proven oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical partners.
• No immigration-related sponsorship provided; must have existing US work authorization.

Nice to have

• Masters or Doctorate degree in a related field.
• Experience with ADAS product development and performance in the automotive industry.
• Experience working with data scientists and AI/ML teams on software tools and pipelines.
• Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and legal requirements.
• Experience working within global teams in complex organizations.
