TL;DR

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst (Healthcare): Managing EDI system and transactions for medical device company with an accent on monitoring, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders. Focus on resolving errors, facilitating customer onboarding, and improving EDI capabilities and performance.

Location: Remote US Home Office, hybrid work schedule requiring onsite at headquarters in Alameda, CA at least 2 times a week.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 (annual base, varies by region)

Global healthcare company designing, developing, manufacturing, and marketing innovative therapies for challenging medical conditions.

What you will do

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI issues and errors efficiently.
  • Act as liaison between Customer and Field Support Operations, IT, Logistics, Finance, and Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to increase EDI volume, capabilities, and performance.
  • Work directly with customers on onboarding, offboarding, and issue resolution.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on EDI matters to users and trading partners.
  • Maintain EDI documentation, standards, procedures, and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of EDI experience; GHX platform highly desirable.
  • Experience in medical device industry with hospital customers.
  • Leadership experience in EDI function.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ability to handle confidential information.

Nice to have

  • Experience adhering to Quality Management System (QMS) and healthcare regulations.
