What you will do

• Lead an integrated technical organization across Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Development to solve critical plant quality issues.
• Drive the resolution of all electrical defects and engineering-related issues.
• Establish and maintain the Electrical Bill of Operations (BoO) for the assembly plant.
• Manage electrical quality processes for both launching and steady-state vehicle programs.
• Lead the resolution of electrical supplier quality and ergonomic issues affecting the plant.
• Develop and train the engineers within the Electrical Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience in both production and quality within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality system processes in manufacturing.
• Experience with electrical architectures.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Must have valid US work authorization; no immigration sponsorship (H1-B, OPT, etc.) will be provided.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in electrical manufacturing processes.
• Vehicle program launch experience.
• Degree specifically in Electrical Engineering.
• Prior leadership experience.
