What you will do

• Execute and oversee end-to-end reconciliation processes for transactional financial flows to ensure audit compliance.
• Review automated reconciliation outputs, analyze discrepancies, and identify potential risks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions for detected discrepancies.
• Monitor financial flows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational continuity according to SLAs.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing clear documentation and traceability.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements within FinOps operations.

Requirements

• Experience in Finance Operations, Reconciliations, Audit, or FinOps roles, ideally within fintech environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large transactional datasets.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Solid problem-solving skills and experience performing root cause analysis.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Degree in Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Must be based in Argentina.

• Experience working in regulated or audit-driven environments.
• Knowledge of SQL or BI tools such as Power BI or Looker.
