hirify.global Outlet is a European online fashion shopping club offering daily exclusive deals on curated styles via app and website, with a motivated international product and tech team owning the full experience.

What you will do

• Lead the Pricing, Deal Planning, and Merchandise Management team
• Design and implement new pricing processes and innovative deal structures matching customer needs
• Make decisions on price management and analyze assortment performance to define optimizations
• Plan and forecast performance in coordination with Buying and Marketing teams
• Take on cross-functional projects

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in pricing models and merchandise management, preferably in fashion, eCommerce, or consulting
• Excellent MS Excel skills, good general IT skills, and good knowledge of SQL
• Strong English skills
• Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• Creativity in developing new solutions
