• Query large datasets independently and generate ad hoc analyses with clear insights
• Leverage historical claims data for reprice reporting and risk assessment
• Prepare deliverables illustrating company value for sales team
• Ensure high-quality client-ready deliverables through audits and accountability
• Perform deep-dive analyses on large datasets and communicate findings
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners via various channels
• Provide ad hoc analysis on potential impacts of implementing hirify.global solution

Requirements

• 3-5 years professional experience
• Strong analytical skills for working with data and developing insights
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau
• Strong project management skills for coordinating multiple projects
• Ability to collaborate positively under fast-paced stress
