What you will do

  • Provide technical assistance to clients by identifying problems and guiding them through corrective steps.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware-related issues, including account setup and network configuration.
  • Maintain and write technical documentation and manuals to improve client references.
  • Monitor compliance with service agreements to avoid legal challenges.
  • Log and track system issues through to resolution within agreed time limits, escalating to software developers when necessary.
  • Collaborate on the development of client training programs by identifying learning issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in technical support, specifically within healthcare focusing on PACS & RIS.
  • Strong knowledge of PACS systems, DICOM, and HL7 standards.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting both software and hardware issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • CVs must be submitted in both English and French.

  • Relevant professional certifications.
