What you will do
- Provide technical assistance to clients by identifying problems and guiding them through corrective steps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware-related issues, including account setup and network configuration.
- Maintain and write technical documentation and manuals to improve client references.
- Monitor compliance with service agreements to avoid legal challenges.
- Log and track system issues through to resolution within agreed time limits, escalating to software developers when necessary.
- Collaborate on the development of client training programs by identifying learning issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in technical support, specifically within healthcare focusing on PACS & RIS.
- Strong knowledge of PACS systems, DICOM, and HL7 standards.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting both software and hardware issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CVs must be submitted in both English and French.
